Woman Charged In Theft Of Jewelry From Kohl's In Cortlandt

CORTLANDT, N.Y. – A Peekskill woman was arrested by State Police on Monday on a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny after she was accused of stealing jewelry from Kohl's department store in Cortlandt.

Martha Inga-Pani, 28, was apprehended after a Kohl's employee noticed that she had roughly $100 of jewelry and socks on her person and walked around the register.

Inga-Pani was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 24 in Cortlandt Town Court.
